River City Shooters is a private shooting club with dedicated, private range access on the Blackhawk Shooting Range premises. Members enjoy access to the range and facilities 7 days a week and are able to shoot during normal Blackhawk Shooting Range hours. 7 bays with targets and props are available for member use. Yes, controlled rapid fire and holster draws are allowed. Active members (Type 1) participate in maintaining the range, putting on events, and have a vote in club decisions. New members are nonvoting Type 2 members until they meet the requirements for upgrade to Type 1 membership. |

Monthly, River City Shooters hosts both IDPA and USPSA matches at our private facilities located on the Blackhawk Shooting Range. Monthly matches are open to members and safe shooting non-members alike. IDPA matches are held on the 2nd Sunday of each month. USPSA matches are held on the 4th Sunday of each month. All matches start at 10:00AM with Registration open at 9:15AM and a Shooters Meeting held at 9:45AM. Match discounts for Ladies and Juniors. |

Both member only events and open to the public special matches are scheduled through the year as the schedule permits. Fun Days are member and family only events focused on fun and camaraderie with fun shoots and plenty of food to fill the day. Open House is held to familiarize non-members with the club, its members, and facilities. Attendees get an opportunity to try either or both IDPA and USPSA shooting. Structured Practice Sessions will be periodically held during the year giving shooters an opportunity to hone specific shooting skills. Repetitive shooting of set up stages will be available. One or more 3-Gun, Carbine, Tactical Shotgun matches, and Carbine/Shotgun side matches may be held during the year, schedule permitting. |

River City Shooters welcomes all safe shooters to become an active member of our club. It’s simple to join. Read/agree to our club bylaws, fill out an application form and submit it with your 1st year’s membership fee of $50. |

Club Hats Two styles of club hat are available as well as a few closeout old style. Hats may be purchased and picked up at monthly matches. Club Shirts 3 style of shirts are now available for ordering. All shirts are Under Armour brand in gray tones. Shirts must be prepaid. Orders are submitted in groups of 12 or more, so order/prepay yours early for quickest delivery.
