New to IDPA?

WHAT TO EXPECT:  There is a division for almost any pistol from 9mm thru 45 caliber, and a class for every level of competitor from novice to master level shooter. You will shoot 5 to 7 stages consisting of 6 to 18 rounds each. Courses of fire are designed to reflect real-life self-defense scenarios or to test specific pistol skills.

WHAT U NEED:  Ear and Eye protection, gun, holster, 3 or more magazines, double-magazine pouch, light jacket/shirt/vest to cover holstered gun, and 100 to 125 rounds of ammo.  We also strongly suggest a ball cap or brimmed hat of some kind for protection from the sun and flying brass.
